That's the only thing in the GOG backend that I can see being tied to Linux, though I don't think it'll work.
On the backend, I've now fed 41.38 to a branch that linux users might see, replacing 41.13 with 41.38. I will try to contact GOG about it all and also ask if there is a convenient way to provide Linux users with the beta branch updates. I can only say that build 41.13 being the default download is definitely not intended. Could be that I've accidentally uploaded 41.13 to the master branch back then but in the back-end this is not the case at all.īeta branches aren't supposed to appear on the website library from what I have been told and there is currently no Linux build attributed to the Master branch on GOG, so I have no idea where the discrepancy between the platforms comes from (Windows and Mac 40.43, Linux 41.13).
I can only assume I made a mistake when originally trying to upload build 41 to Linux back when 41.13 was current as that must be around the time I was informed that Linux users are still not able to get GOG Galaxy natively. As far as I know, build 41.13 being there must be some kind of mistake as I see no way of providing download links to beta branches through the GOG website.
